Mitchell Hammer, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Hammer serves as the Chairman and CEO of several Gateway entities including Gateway Capital, the parent organization. Mr. Hammer has 30 years of experience in international trading and investment banking. He served as Chairman and President of a leveraged buyout firm that completed approximately fifteen acquisitions in the 1980s and early 1990s. The firm, which focused on the automotive aftermarket, apparel and textile industries, became a publicly traded enterprise and Mr. Hammer was its largest shareholder and CEO.
